  1. Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking your thermometer reading
  2. To activate the thermometer, press the power button (it will beep)
  3. The first thermometer displays the temperature from the last reading then wait until the indication “LO” is displayed
  4. Now it is ready to measure temperature, put the thermometer in the correct place after “°C” starts to flash
  5. Keep the thermometer attached to the body properly as much as possible to get an accurate temperature and be still
  6. When the temperature is not varying, “°C” or “°F” stops flashing, and the buzzer makes a beep sound, reminding you to check the result
  7. Note down the displayed result on-screen to keep a record of your fever temperature (average normal body temperature is generally 98.6°F (37°C))
  8. Press the “power” button to switch it off
  9. The thermometer will automatically shut down after showing a value for about 10 seconds
  10. When not in use thermometer will turn off automatically
  11. To recall the memory of the last reading, simply hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds when turning the thermometer on. It will briefly show all displays at the start, then the last temperature reading.
  12. After noting the last reading release the power button
  13. To change the unit from degree Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa hold the power button
